since forming in 1994 as a 3 piece birdbath are regularly on a hiatus. becoming a 4 piece after the first album their sound could be described as like mixing the tight chicago post-hardcore bands of tar and big'n with the progressive unpredictability of cheer accident whilst adding the indie sensibility of cable and a.c. acoustics.
